Context
As the first AI chatbot localised for Malaysia, Tsuki offered a unique blend of general knowledge assistance and real-time access to localised data, such as traffic and weather updates. Users could, for example, inquire about travel times between destinations based on current traffic and weather conditions, making it an invaluable tool for daily life in Malaysia.

Tasks
What set Tsuki apart was its integration of a cutting-edge long-term memory module, enabling it to recall past conversations. This feature made interactions more personal and contextually relevant, setting a new benchmark in AI chatbot technology. Tsuki’s launch demonstrated BlacX’s commitment to creating AI solutions that are not only innovative but also deeply attuned to the needs of local users.
Results
Tsuki continues to evolve as an enterprise-grade AI assistant designed to streamline workplace efficiency and knowledge access. To make knowledge management seamless, we developed a simple drag-and-drop interface that allows company administrators to easily update Tsuki with the latest systems, policies, and procedures. On the user-facing end, employees can upload files for Tsuki to analyse and reference, ensuring all assistance and responses are aligned with up-to-date company guidelines.
Beyond information access, Tsuki also supports content generation by producing reports, quotations, and summaries based on user input. These documents can be exported as Word or PDF files, making Tsuki an indispensable tool for businesses looking to automate workflows and maintain compliance. With a continuously improving interface and robust backend capabilities, Tsuki represents the next generation of AI-driven enterprise support.
